Jenny, Sarah and I went to Florida for a few days. What a blessing it was. My soul and heart is refreshed from relaxation, great conversation and lots of laughs. The Florida sun didn't hurt either.
I think every woman should have 4 mat carriers. Women who will pick you up on all four sides of your mat and carry you when you are physically, mentally or emotionally unable to pick yourself up. Sarah, Jenny, Mary and Shannon are my mat carriers and my sister would gladly carry me in the middle or on her shoulders if she had to. God has been so gracious to me with the women He's put in my life.
The 3 of us had such a nice time together. We'd sleep in. We'd make a plan for the day which included a lot of beach time. We would eat by 3 or 4:00 and then be back in our jams by 6pm to watch movies and in bed by 9pm. It was absolute perfection.
