Christmas festivities

On Dec. 23 the Ausili's came out! Through the years I've gotten a lot of pictures of the four of them. I love doing it because it documents how old they are getting. Of course we had to "bribe" them for this picture with peppermint ice cream but hey, whatever works.
Jenny and I enjoying a good glass of wine - our favorite past time.

Jay unwrapping gifts. He was really hard to buy for this year but somehow we all figured out what he would like and came through for him. He had some favorites: The remote control car my mom got him, the remote controlled helicoptor Santa got him and his huge lego sets from his dad and I.

My mom came through and got Nick "Stinky," the talking garbage truck. It toots and excuses itself and also says about 90 different other things. Yes, it's one of "those" toys. Ha.

Love this pictures. This could be the first picture of the three kids on Christmas where we actually got a good picture. It helps that Lauren is 3 now and Nick is 4. Next year we'll have little Lukie to add to the mix!

Oops where is Jay, hiding under Lauren's dress! This is one of those pictures he won't appreciate in his later years.
We really had a nice Christmas and have so much to be thankful for: our health, the fact that Mike and I are both employed in these hard economic times, and our family. God is good and we are so thankful.

And finally - To all a good night.
