I am thankful.......

it's sweet corn season!!!  We buy our sweet corn from a farmer who sells it in his yard on Yuton Blacktop.  For my local friends who read my blog, if you have a chance drive to Yuton Blacktop, heading west.  This farmhouse is on the right about 1 mile from the Yuton Elevators.  It is hands down the best sweet corn you've ever tasted.  I plan on buying a TON of it this year and vacuum sealing it and freezing it so we can enjoy it throughout the winter.
