Charlotte's Web

I started reading "Charlotte's Web" to Nick a few months ago and we just finished it.  He absolutely loved it and I sure enjoyed seeing his enthusiasm over the book.  However, Charlotte's demise came as a shock to him.  My mom bought him the movie and he's watched it over and over since she got it for him.  Last night I sat down and watched it with him.  Of course I got a little choked up at the end.  Nick noticed I had a tear or two and he said, "Suck it up, mom, suck it up."  I asked him if he was sad the first time he watched the movie and he admitted he was but then he said he got over it!  That's my boy.
