Today is Mother's Day and I'm especially thankful for my mother. People love my mom - seriously - they love her. She is kind, funny and thoughtful. To sum it up, one of my "newer" friends (Erin, who has been my friend for about 5 years) said the beauty of my mom is "what you see is what you get." And it's true. My mom is who she is, there is no game playing, ever! She's raised two girls who are the same way - we aren't perfect but what you see is what you get! My sister, mom and I love each other despite our differences. We recognize our differences, accept them, and move on and we usually find a way to laugh about it along the way. Thanks mom for always being my biggest fan, I love, love, love you!!! Hugs!
